Curriculum

The Gan Henel’s baby and tot curriculum specializes in meeting the needs on infants, babies and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our experienced teachers create a loving and warm, home-away-from home environment for the little ones. They gently encourage our youngest children to interact with the environment and with peers in a way that works to satisfy their developmental drive to explore and appreciate the curiosity of our children and their need to venture out beyond what they already know, in safe, supportive ways.

Children are placed into one of three groups based on their age:

Infants – 6 weeks to walking
Walkers – walking to 17 months
Tots– 18-24 months
We introduce all children to many different forms of play and media to broaden their understanding of the world around them. Teachers value their dual role as caregiver and teacher and provide an emergent curriculum that focuses in on all areas of development including feeding, napping, toilet training, rolling, crawling, walking, running, dancing, climbing, painting, pretending, block building, singing, socializing, communicating, enjoying, and more. Children are encouraged to try out new things daily as they work on mastering the many developmental milestones.

We offer several childcare options to fit nearly every scheduling need:

PARTIAL DAY – Mon to Fri, 8am to 1pm
PART TIME* – Three, Two or 1 Days Weekly
