My name is Sara Finkelstein and I was born and raised in Palm Springs, California. I currently Iive in Teaneck with my husband and two children.

I received my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Yeshiva University Stern College.

Since then I have worked at several preschools in the New York and New Jersey area; including Temple Emeth, Barnert Temple and Yaldenu Preschool. Most recently I worked as Lead Teacher in the Two’s Class at Chabad Early Learning Center of Riverdale where Tsipy was director.

Music is also an important part of my life and I use it as a tool to further enrich the learning process by playing guitar and teaching music to my class.

I am excited to be joining Tsipy in starting Gan Henel Early Learning Center and being part of something so innovative and progressive in Early Childhood. I am looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge in the Reggio Emilia philosophy to the school.”
